Your Catholic Journey

A path for right now

Finding hope in grief.

Grief can change the way everything feels. It can draw us closer to God, or leave us angry, numb, and unsure whether He is there at all.

The Church doesn’t ask you to rush through loss or pretend everything is okay. It offers a place to mourn, remember, pray, and hold onto hope even when that hope is hard to see.

You don’t have to carry your grief alone.

God is present, even when He feels far away.

Christian hope doesn’t erase pain. It tells us that pain and death don’t have the final word. Through Christ, the Church holds onto the promise of resurrection and the belief that love continues beyond what we can see.
